Meet Bonggu! Bonggu was rescued just moments before euthanasia from a rural high-kill shelter. Fortunately, rescuers were able to get him out of the shelter and to the vet for a full check up. Bonggu has since gotten a clean bill of health and ready to find his home! He walks well on a leash and is very curious. Bonggu is friendly with other dogs and gets along well with women, men, and children. Overall, he has a wonderful and gentle temperament. He primarily prefers to potty outdoors. Rather than playing with toys, he enjoys playing with other dogs. He has not yet met dogs much larger than himself, but when interacting with dogs of similar size or smaller, he is very friendly and sociable. We are looking for a home that understands the responsibilities of owning and raising a dog. Bonggu is patiently waiting!
