Meet Daei! Daei’s Korean name is Dae-bal. The name signifies dog with a huge feet! Back in Feb 2025, there was a request made to the city to capture a small black dog that’s been roaming the city. The caller told us that this dog has “HUGE feet”. When we went out and capture him, he indeed has huge feet but he also had the more adorable eyes. Despite of his big feet and curious eyes, he was always scared at the shelter. He greeted each volunteers with wagging tails, but it seemed it’ll be difficult to find a foster for him to be saved from euthanasia. Thankfully, we were able to find him a loving foster mom at end of March. Ever since Daei has been at this foster, he has been enjoying swimming, doing to dog cafes to interact with other dogs, getting to know cats, etc. He has such a loving personality and will be a great addition to a family who likes to the breed and enjoys getting kisses from the cutest pup on the face of the earth! We are looking for a home that will continue to train and show Daei what it means to be in a loving home. Daei is patiently waiting for a home to call his own!
