Meet Moochi! Moochi is an exceptionally friendly and affectionate dog. Moochi was kept tied outside at her previous owner’s front yard. She gave birth in summer of 2023 and the puppies were rescued safely. However, the owner wanted to keep Moochi until when the owner got to move into an apartment in summer of 2024. Her owner thought that ‘big dogs’ cannot live in a home so he sent her to different area as guard dog. When the rescuer noticed that Moochi was gone, she immediately contacted and was able to rescue Moochi.
Moochi displays remarkable trust and affection towards people, readily approaching for petting. Moochi possesses a bright, sweet, and amiable disposition. Moochi wants people’s attention. Moochi thoroughly enjoys her walks on a leash and delights in meeting new people. SHE LOVES PEOPLE. She’s good with children and will gently engage with them for pets and affection. However, with younger kids, she may not always be aware of her relatively larger size and weight, so adult supervision is needed. She generally gets along well with other dogs. But she doesn’t really play with dogs. It is the rescuer’s fervent wish for Moochi to find a forever home where she will be cared for and loved unconditionally.
We are looking for a home that has patience and will allow Moochi the time she needs to adjust and give her the full opportunity to learn what it means to be in a loving home. Moochi is patiently waiting for a home to call her own!
