Meet Ivy! Ivy came from a puppy mill in Taiwan 4 years ago. She’s had many babies and lived in a cage for the first 4 years of her life. She has adapted to her new life in the US quite well over the last 4 years. She has learned what a safe, loving home is, overcame many fears, and has learned how to be a dog and companion. She is looking for a new home that can take special care of her medical needs.
If you’re looking for a loyal, gentle, and affectionate companion, Ivy might just be your perfect match. Ivy is a sweet and serene soul who lives for cuddles, sunshine, and making new friends- human and furry alike. Her calm, friendly nature makes her the ultimate lap dog, and she’ll happily spend hours snuggled up beside you or nestled in your arms.
Ivy does have some special medical needs: she requires daily eye drops for chronic dry eye and proneness to corneal ulcers. She also needs prescription food due to an allergy to animal protein and hypoallergenic shampoo due minor skin allergies. But don’t worry- she makes every bit of care worth it with her loving gaze and soft, grateful cuddles.
She thrives in a peaceful, structured environment where she can receive consistent care and, most importantly, lots of love. Ivy would do best with someone who’s home often and has the time, patience, and heart to care for her unique needs.
