Meet Peter! Peter was on the verge of being sold to a dog meat trader when a kind-hearted local intervened and saved him. Unfortunately, he was then tied up in a rural area without proper care. Fortunately, rescuers were able to step in to give him a second chance at life. Peter has since gotten a clean bill of health and ready to find his forever home. We are looking for a home that understands the responsibilities of owning and raising a dog. Peter is patiently waiting!
