UPDATE: We’re very happy to share that Lucie now Lukka has found her forever home!
“Hi Melody, We’re amazed at how quickly Lukki’s adapted to everything. She is not timid or skittish — she’s curious, playful but still very calm and distracts easily with a soft toy. She’s crazy about food, of course. And in 24 hours she’s getting the hang of Sit, Watch Me, Come (not reliable but great for a pup) and the idea of Leave It. Today she took her first trip in the car wearing her safety harness. After a few minutes she curled up contentedly and went to sleep — in the back seat by herself. Amazing. We’re going to take turns who gets to sleep with her! We adore her and there’s absolutely nothing she could do that we wouldn’t work through with her. Brief Bio: Meet Lucie! Lucie was rescued along with a few other puppies by a rescue parter when she spotted them in a traditional market eating scrapes. Thankfully she was able to get all the puppies into safety and to the vet for a full check up. Lucie is a very obedient and easy going pup who loves to be around people. We are looking for a home that understands the responsibilities of owning and raising a puppy. Lucie is patiently waiting for a home to call his own!
