UPDATE: Candy has found her forever home!
“Hi Melody,
Candy is doing well! She’s still a bit timid and getting used to everything, but I think over time she’ll be very comfortable here. She loves playing ball, and apparently really enjoys baths too because she goes crazy running laps all around the house after she’s finished her bath. She’s also a quick learner and has already picked up some new tricks like “wait” and “drop it”. She comes to work most days with me and has made a friend at work, Mocha (see attached pics).
Thanks for checking in, Emily”

Brief Bio: Meet Candy! Candy was rescued along with three other puppies when they were found in an abandoned area without food or water. A worried samaritan in the area reached out to see if anyone could help these puppies since there have been several puppies that were found killed in that area. Luckily a rescuer was able to find space and get these puppies to safety. Candy is a very playful and friendly puppy who loves to be around people and kids. Candy gets along well with other dogs and is very eager to please. We are looking for a home that understands the responsibilities of owning and raising a puppy. Candy is patiently waiting for a loving home!
