Brief Bio: Meet Helen! Helen was rescued along with a group of other stray puppies when they were spotted in an area commonly used to dump unwanted dogs. Helen and the other puppies were all starving and emaciated due to late of food and water. If they were lucky they would get scrapes of leftovers otherwise they would go days without food. During the rainy season the puppies would all huddle together for warmth without any shelter from the weather. Thankfully one day a rescuer was able to get as many of the puppies she could off the streets and to the vet. They were all treated and soon got a clean bill of health. Helen is a very sweet pup who deserves a home to call her own. We are looking for a home that understands the responsibilities of owning and raising a puppy. Helen is patiently waiting!
