Brief Bio: Meet Billy! Billy was rescued along with his siblings when they were found as strays after many attempts were made by the pound to catch them. Billy and his siblings were left without a mom at only 1.5 months old when their mom was poisoned to death. The owner of their mom didn’t want to deal with puppies so called the dog catchers to come and get rid of them. Billy and his siblings hid in a gutters together scared and hungry until luckily a rescuer was able to get them all out and to the vet where they got medical care. Billy is your average puppy who loves to play and be around people. We are looking for a home that understands the responsibilities of owning and raising a puppy. Billy is patently waiting!
