UPDATE: We’re happy to share that Sandra now Sky has found her loving forever home! This adorable girl is now living the good life getting spoiled rotten with all the love and attention she deserves! Enjoy your life Sandra!

“Hello it’s me… Sky… (formerly known as Sandra). I came all the way from Taichung, a city located in western Taiwan, to California to be with my new family. After a very long flight my new mom and sister were eagerly awaiting my arrival at the San Francisco airport. My mom was nervous wondering if I would like her and if I was going to be nervous and shy after such a long trip. Well, what did she know? I had been eagerly looking forward to meeting my new family and it was love at first sight. We looked at each other and that was it. Of course, the fact that I showered her with kisses as soon as she picked me up probably helped a lot. After a happy welcome at the airport it was off to my new home. I must admit though, I was exhausted and slept all the way home. However, as soon as we arrived I was back to my happy old self greeting my new dad, my other sister and Freckles, the cat. Since it was already late my new buddy, Zakariya, was already in bed but no worries, I showered him with kisses the next morning.

Everyone was so happy to see me and I made sure I fit right in. Since then it has been a lot of fun playing, running, eating (especially treats), and so much more. Zakariya is my favorite running buddy. He is fast but I can still outrun him. Nataliya is always good for a few kisses, which make her giggle. You wouldn’t believe all the great toys I have. Being a pup I chew them up quickly but mom and dad always make sure there is more. I spend most of the daytime with Dad and we work together on my training.   Freckles seems to like me too and even allows me play with her toys although at times I get too rambunctious even for her, which is when she gently reminds me who is in charge. Having a loving family is wonderful and my family feels the same about me!”
