Brief Bio: Meet Billy! Billy was found has a stray when he ended up in front of a fellow rescuers house. This adorable boy loves companion and would love nothing more then a home to call his own. Billy would do best in a home with another dog because he does have a mild case of separation anxiety due to being abandoned. We are looking for a home that understands the responsibilities of owning and raising a puppy. Billy is patiently waiting!
