Brief Bio: Meet Charlie! Charlie was abandoned by his previous owner under a freeway overpass in a rural area, poor Charlie didn’t know what to do so he patiently waited for his owner to come back for him. Sadly, they never did. Thankfully a rescue partner saw him and went looking for him. Charlie was brought to the vet for an exam and treatment, poor guy was severely emaciated underneath his full coat of matted fur. Charlie needed to get his fur shaved due to the matting but he is still a sweet and lovable guy. We are looking for a home that understands the breed and will give Charlie all the love he needs. Charlie is patiently waiting!
