UPDATE: We are happy to share that Kumi now Sgt. Pepper has found her loving forever home! Kumi is now enjoying her days getting lots of love and attention and going to work with her new parents. Enjoy your life Kumi!
“Hi Melody – Hope you are having a great weekend! Kumi – now Sgt. Pepper – is doing phenomenal and has quickly become an integral part of our family! We feel incredibly lucky to have landed such an incredible puppy and are constantly in awe of her ever evolving personality and smarts (in the past week she’s learned her name, sit, lay down and shake!) With her polite and laid back demeanor, combined with her unique ‘sense of humor’ that comes out during play time in the park, there is no question that we are 100% in love. We are so grateful to you for bringing this bundle of awesome into our lives and are ecstatic to be Pepper’s forever people! (We’ve attached some pictures below) Thank you again for everything. We would love to stay in touch and if there are ever any opportunities for us to help/volunteer with Love and Second Chances down the road please let us know. Cheers, Natalia + Clay”

Brief Bio: Meet Kumi! Kumi was found along with her littermates abandoned in a old gas factory, poor puppies were only about 1.5 month old when found. Kumi and her littermates were covered in oil and dirt starving and looking for food. Thankfully someone spotted them and notified rescue. Kumi and her littermates were brought to the vet for a full check up, after clearing their medical they are now healthy and ready for a loving home. Kumi is a sweet and mellow girl who loves to snuggle and be around people. We are looking for a home that understands the responsibilities of raising a puppy. Kumi is patiently waiting!
