Brief Bio: Meet Wilber! Wilber was rescued from the shelter when his time ran out. Poor Wilber was dumped at the shelter when his owners no longer wanted him. This beautiful boy was extremely emaciated when he first came into the shelter but has since been checked by the vet and brought back to good health. Wilber is a handsome fella patiently waiting for a loving home to call his own!
