Brief Bio: Meet Penelope! Penelope was rescued along with her mom and sister Norah. Penelope is a very sweet and submissive girl who loves to be around people. Penelope loves kids and would be happiest when she is snuggled close to you. Penelope can be shy at first but she opens up quickly and can adjust well to new surroundings.
