Brief Bio: Meet Katie! Katie and her sibling were spotted underneath a bridge of a major freeway around the middle of September. No one know how they got there with such heavy traffic but the rescuer knew for sure they would be hit by a car sooner or later if not rescued. The rescuer managed to pull all of the little puppies out of the shabby place before dawn to avoid traffic. Katie is very affectionate to people and enjoys being held on their laps. She sits still in the car without any problem. Katie is like a little genie in a bottle. Will you be the person to set her free by offering her love and a forever home?
