No one said it would be easy, they only said it would be worth it.
Meet Teddy! Teddy was found wandering a busy night market scavenging for food. Teddy was so friendly and sweet the rescuer wasn’t able to leave him without helping him. The rescuer was able to get him off the streets and to the vet where they found old cuts scattered all over his back. From the wound style and scaring the vet believes he’s been cut by a sharp item repeatedly. Regardless of what had happened to Teddy he never stops smiling. We are looking for a home that will continue to show this sweet boy what it means to be in a family. Teddy is waiting for a home to call his own!
"Hi Melody, Teddy is doing great! I decided to keep his name because he is the perfect teddy bear ❤️ He was cuddling and giving kisses the first night. He enjoys going on walks and loves running with me even more! Teddy loves to try to catch birds, squirrels, and cats (thankfully he is unsuccessful). I’ve taken him to a few dog parks; he seems to enjoy watching from afar and then in short bursts will play with others. Teddy is a quick learner! He already can sit, shake, lay down, and give kisses. Teddy is the perfect doggie :) thank you for letting me be his fur-mama." -Vanessa
If you have extra time on your hand and would like to help please consider volunteering! Rescue groups need dedicated volunteers to help with events, fundraisers, home checks, transports, etc. All of these things help enable the rescue to expand their network and help more dogs in need.
