Meet Scruffy! Scruffy was rescued along with his littermate and mom when they were abandoned on a cold winter night with no shelter, food or water. Luckily a rescuer was able to get them all off the streets and to the vet for a full check up. Scruffy is a goofy and fun puppy who loves to be around people. We are looking for a home that understands the responsibilities of owning and raising a puppy. Scruffy is patiently waiting for a forever home!
