Meet Poppy! Poppy was rescued by one of our foster homes while they were on vacation in Taiwan. The fosters spotted her huddled under a pile of junk on a hot humid day. Poppy was very skinny and had no access to any water and her only shelter was the pile of junk she called home. The fosters saw poppy drink her own pee and tried to make friends with other dogs who were chained outside houses. When the foster returned they were thankfully able to find her and get her to the vet. Poppy is not in foster care here in the states along with another follow foster pup. She is a very sweet and loving girl who would love nothing more then to find a home to call her own. We are looking for a home that understands the responsibilities of owning and raising a puppy. Poppy is patiently waiting!
