Meet Joan! Joan was found along with litter mates when they were found abandoned at an empty construction site. The rescuer knew if they were not rescued they would not survive due to the freezing cold weather and the lack of food, shelter and water. The rescuer was about to gather all the puppies that were dumped there and get them to the vet where they received a clean bill of health. Joan is a sweet puppy who would love nothing more then to find a forever home. We are looking for a home that understands the responsibilities of owning and raising a puppy. Joan is patiently waiting!

ADOPTED!

"Hey Melody, Things are going great! Joan (now Evie, named after Eve who was listed as her Taiwanese rescuer) is such a good dog! We’ve been having a great time going on walks, playing in the yard, meeting other pups, and introducing her to family. She’s blended in with us seamlessly. We’ve had cats, babies, and other dogs over since she’s been with us and she’s handled each visitor like a champion. She’s transitioned from the pad to going to the bathroom outside and has gotten used to her crate to the point that she puts herself in there from time to time when she’s tired. We’re thrilled to have her! I’ve included 5 pictures below. I’m not on facebook, but I’ll inform my wife of the group so she can join if interested. Thanks again! -Tony"

How to help?
