Meet Dobby! Dobby was spotted by the rescuer during Christmas time in 2017. He laid on the grass field in front of the rescuer’s work building, without energy and with very sad eyes. He walked away when the rescuer tried to pet her.
The rescuer was told by the security guard that Dobby was raised by a former security guard who was an alcoholic. Dobby was abused often and one of her legs was broken. Dobby was abandoned when his ex-owner left the job. The rescuer started preparing food and water for him but Dobby did not have appetite and he did not accept any dog food because he always got leftover table food before.

One rainy day, it was very cold. Dobby was waiting for the rescuer in front of the building. He was immediately sent to the vet for checkup. Per the vet, Dobby’s broken leg had healed itself and surgery was not necessary. The broken leg was a little bit shorter than the other, but it would not affect his movement or health. (X-ray images will be provided.)
Dobby is a very gentle, sweet, and well-behaved boy. He loves sitting next to the people he likes. He walks well with leash and loves car rides. Dobby needs a family that has no dog or a non-aggressive dog. He is looking for a family that understand his past and is willing to give him a lot of love.
