No one said it would be easy, they only said it would be worth it.
Meet Blossom! Blossom was rescued along with her sister when they were found as strays wandering the streets. Luckily a rescuer was able to get them to the vet and into foster care. Blossom is a sweet girl who would love to find a home to call her own. We are looking for a home that understands the responsibilities of owning and raising a puppy. Blossom is patiently waiting!
"Hi Melody. Blossom (now Taroko or Tako) has grown so much since Nov 19th, the adoption day. She is a healthy happy and very busy puppy. She loves to run. She is very quick and a very good runner! Perhaps this is contributed by her Formosan mountain dog gene. She loves to chew on any sticks she finds in the backyard. Despite all the toys we bought for her, her favorite toys are a very old plant pot and the sticks she finds in the backyard. She has learned sit, down, wait, leave it, off, go to your place, inside, outside. She is still working on stay and heel. She loves to be around her human family. She won’t run out of the house when we open the front doors. She will only leave the house when we say “outside” or “ let’s go”. She is getting better and better in going potty outdoor. She loves to play with her human brothers. I like to race her in our little backyard. She is so much fun to run with. Thanks again for bringing Blossom to our life ! - Christina"
If you have extra time on your hand and would like to help please consider volunteering! Rescue groups need dedicated volunteers to help with events, fundraisers, home checks, transports, etc. All of these things help enable the rescue to expand their network and help more dogs in need.
