Brief Bio: Meet Novia! Novia was rescued by a partner rescuer who was out feeding a pack of stray dogs. The rescuer was thankfully able to get Novia off the streets and to the vet where she was able to get a full check up. Novia is a very sweet girl who loves to be around her people. We are looking for a home that understands the responsibilities of owning and raising a puppy. Novia is patiently waiting for her loving forever home!
