Meet Toby! Toby was rescued with his sister, Tiffany, from a puppy mill where he was going to be kept and used for breeding. Luckily they closed down and we were able to rescue some of the dogs there. Toby can be shy at first, but opens up quickly. Once opened up, he’s a very sweet boy! He is good with other dogs and loves to play with toys. We are looking for a home who understands the responsibilities of owning and raising a puppy. Toby is patiently waiting!
