Meet Rui! Rui was rescued in China after rescuers found her severely matted and abused. Her owners moved away and dumped her on the streets. Rui was born without her two back paws. Regardless of her past and abandonment, she is still very loving and trusting of people. Rui is a true cuddle bug and would be more then happy to sit on your lap all day if you’d let her! Rui is good with dogs but would be best as only dog so she can get one on one time. We are looking for a home that understands the responsibilities of owning a dog. Rui is patiently waiting for a home to call her own!
