Meet Phili! Phili was rescued when he was found starving and begging for food. A rescuer saw how sweet he was and couldn’t stand seeing him in such a desperate situation. Thankfully she was able to get him off the streets and to the vet for a full check up. Phili is a sweet boy who enjoys being around people, we are looking for a home that will continue to show Phili what it means to be in a home. Phil is patiently waiting!
