No one said it would be easy, they only said it would be worth it.
Meet! Lynda was rescued with her babies: Polar, Mona, and Rossie from a dog-meat farm owned by a dementia patient. She was chained and boxed in a cardboard kennel, but she tried to jump into the rescuer’s arms when the rescuer found her. Currently staying at the private boarding with other senior dogs, and those who need special assistance, she is always considerate of all dogs who are smaller and more delicate than her. Luckily, Lynda has not picked up any trauma from her previous experience and this sweet girl is still looking for love and attention from people. All of her babies found loving homes and now, it’s time to find her furever home. We are looking for a home who understands the responsibilities of owning and raising a puppy. Lynda is patiently waiting!
"Birdie (formerly Lynda) is loving #stayathome life! Her humans love having her around all day while they work from home. She's interacting more and more with her two feline siblings, as well. Birdie enjoys long walks on the trail where she is VERY interested in everything she sees. Her world is so much bigger now, but she's slowly adapting. She even knows basic commands like heel, sit, and stay. Her favorite pastimes, other than trail walking, are belly rubs, playing fetch with herself in the living room, and stealing her dad's spot on the couch."
If you have extra time on your hand and would like to help please consider volunteering! Rescue groups need dedicated volunteers to help with events, fundraisers, home checks, transports, etc. All of these things help enable the rescue to expand their network and help more dogs in need.
