No one said it would be easy, they only said it would be worth it.
Meet Karma! Karma was resced with her siblings when they were found in an abandoned construction site with no food or water. When the rescuer showed up, one of the puppies managed to find a half eaten apple and brought it over to the rescuer to share. The rescuer took them home because it is typhoon season in Taiwan and they likely will not be able to survive all on their own with no shelter/food/water. Karma is a very happy go lucky girl! She’s very sweet and is great with other dogs. Now that they are no longer living in horrific conditions, all that’s left is lots of love and training in order to prep them to get ready to find their forever home! We are looking for homes that understand the responsibilities of owning a dog and someone who can continue to show her what it means to be in a loving home! Karma is patiently waiting!
"From the first time we met Wendy, we knew she was ours and it felt as if she knew she was home. She's the most loyal, sweet and goofy girl, and everyone who meets her absolutely falls in love with her. She's been doing great in puppy classes, making quick progress and we're so proud of her. She's the happiest pup, and makes everyone laugh with her clumsy nature and big pup smile. We can't thank you and your team enough for bringing her into our lives and giving us the privilege of loving her. You and your teams' tireless effort make it possible for dogs like Wendy to find the homes they deserve. I will say that it was obvious that Wendy was well cared for, which made me realize how much you all embody what Love and Second Chances stand for. THANK YOU for bringing Wendy into our lives! We're so grateful!"
If you have extra time on your hand and would like to help please consider volunteering! Rescue groups need dedicated volunteers to help with events, fundraisers, home checks, transports, etc. All of these things help enable the rescue to expand their network and help more dogs in need.
