Meet Carter! Carter was rescued along with his litter mates when they were found abandoned on the side of the rode with no food or shelter. Luckily for them they were spotted by a rescuer who was out feeding a pack of strays. The rescuer was able to get them all off the streets and to the vet for a full check up. The pups got a clean bill of health and are now ready to find their forever homes! We are looking for a home that understands the responsibilities of owning and raising a puppy. Carter is patiently waiting!
