No one said it would be easy, they only said it would be worth it.
Meet Brindi! Brindi was rescued from a puppy mill where she was used for breeding. The mill was closing down and setting out their dogs on a deserted mountain road. Thankfully rescuers found out and took them all in. Brindi has corneal ulcer on her eye. She is currently on treatment, but the white spot will forever be on her eye. Poor girl was also debarked at the mill. This is a common practice to keep the dogs from making any sounds in their kennels that they stay in for all their lives. Brindi is flourishing since being rescued. She loves being in a home environment and is a very sweet girl. We are looking for a home who understands the responsibilities of owning and raising a puppy. She is patiently waiting!
If you have extra time on your hand and would like to help please consider volunteering! Rescue groups need dedicated volunteers to help with events, fundraisers, home checks, transports, etc. All of these things help enable the rescue to expand their network and help more dogs in need.
