Meet Meatball! Meatball is an adorable 3.5 years old FMD mix. Meatball was rescued as a wondering stray after he was dumped in the mountain along with many homeless dogs. Fortunately for him rescuers were able to get him off the streets and into rescue due to his sweet personality. Meatball was severely emaciated and covered in scars, he was so tired the moment he was put into the car he leaned his head on the head rest and just closed his eyes and fell asleep. Meatball is a lovable dog who enjoys spending time with his people. He’s very friendly and is not afraid of much. He loves being pet and has no problem asking for attention. He warms up to people quickly and is very quiet and relaxed. He does like to take his short daily walk, which helps him stay relaxed all day.
Meatball would be best in a home that wants a people focused dog who loves being near his people. He is good with other dogs and is good at understanding his place in their pack. He does not have any separation anxiety and is ok in the kennel.
We are looking for a home who understands the responsibilities of owning and raising a dog as a member of their family. Meatball is patiently waiting!
