Meet Genie! 🐶 Genie is a very sweet, cuddly & friendly 10 month old Corgi mix. She was rescued from a puppy mill where she was kept in small wire crates since birth. Because of this, she has some behavioral patterns like circling. However she is slowly learning that she is no longer contained in a tight box and do not need to circle in a small space anymore.Genie has a very playful personality and enjoys playing with her foster parents and several doggie friends. Genie warms up to people and dogs easily. Looking for every opportunity to play with every dog, big or small. Genie is a true cuddle bug and loves keeping her foster parents company on the couch. She loves going on walks and has to sniff every bush and shrub she comes across.The ideal home for Genie will be a home with another dog to play with or a house with a yard to burn through that puppy energy. Genie does okay on the leash but needs continued leash training. Genie does not have separation anxiety.The right family for Genie will be a one who can raise her into a confident dog while continuing her house and leash training with lots of love and patience.
