Meet Choco! This little scruff-ball is a sweet, energetic, happy little baby. He loves people, food, walks, and other dogs. He is a bold guy, jumping right into the middle of the big-dog play session, and ready to confidently explore every bit of the park. He is a fast learner – he picked up the doggie door on his own in less than a day! He does still have a puppy-brain, and his family will have to have some patience until he matures into a fully responsive, attentive dog.

Choco loves other dogs, and constantly plays with his foster siblings including the 70 lb baby-giant mastiffs, and his immediate bestie, 30 lb Peppermint. He hasn’t been cat tested, but chances are he would chase them to play. He has met a couple small kids, and doesn’t seem interested one way or another. He would probably do well with older kids who can interact and play with him. He does fine in the car. He dances around on leash, trying to see everything all at once, in all directions. He is mostly house trained with the doggie door.

Choco is being fostered in El Sobrante. He is patiently waiting for a home that understands the responsibilities of owning and raising a puppy.
