Meet Betty (aka Beet)! Betty is an adorable 2 year old Jindo/Corgi mix! She was rescued from dog slaughter house when she was was only about 5 months old. Her rescuer found out the dog slaughter owner was abusing and torturing her with a baseball bat. She suffered severe injuries at that time but she survived and it took some time for her to recover and start to open up to humans.

Betty is a very sweet girl and once opened up she’s very affectionate. When her rescuer calls her, she wags her tail and runs  over for pets! She gets along well with all people, children and other dogs. She is learning how to walk on leash as well as crate training. Betty can jump over 4ft and over fences, so we advise her future home not to let her outside unattended because she’s able to jump out of fences.

We are looking for a home who understands the responsibilities of owning and raising a dog as a member of their family. Betty is patiently waiting!
