Meet Sam! Sam is an adorable 1 year old terrier mix! He can be very shy at first, but comes out of his shell a little more everyday. Once he’s warmed up to someone, he’s the sweetest thing and will give little kisses to ask for pets. When he’s feeling calm and settled, he loves to cuddle up on the couch or bed. Sam is the quietest dog, he’s never barked even once! He loves to lounge on the couch and watch people and dogs walk by on the street. He’s never shown any aggression, even when out of his comfort zone.

Sam loves to zoom around the yard or dog park. He enjoys being around other dogs, but he doesn’t like play that too rough or rambunctious. He can be shy if there are too many dogs approaching him at once. He’s fairly food motivated, his favorite snacks being cheese, chicken, and duck based snacks. He LOVES toys of all types, he will turn into a bouncing goofball when he gets excited about a toy.

Sam will do best in a home with calm and patient people who will give him time to warm up and explore at his own pace. We are looking for a home who understands the responsibilities of owning and raising a puppy. Sam is patiently waiting!
