Meet Penny! Sweet Penny is a loving, gentle, happy, goofy, clumsy baby-giant puppy girl. She is a Mastiff / mix, about 7-8 months old. If you’re a big-dog person, then you need to meet her! She will steal your heart with her silly grin, her sloppy kisses, and her squishy hugs. Penny’s favorite hobbies are giving big, wet surprise kisses while her foster mom is trying to nap, and snuggling up next to her foster mom on the couch.

Penny was rescued with her littermates from a meat-farm in Korea as a baby puppy. She was raised in a kennel by kind humans, and she has done well with her foster mom, learning how to be a house-dog. She is house trained with a doggie door, and doesn’t chew things up. She will happily go into the crate to nap or for overnight. She does fine in the car, and enjoys exploring the world on walks. (She does get spooked by some loud noises.) She should not be in a home with a cat. She likes to greet new people by jumping up to try and kiss their faces. Due to her expected size, clumsiness, and puppy-type energy, she might not be appropriate in homes with toddler-sized children.

Penny is being fostered in El Sobrante, Richmond, CA. We are looking for a home who understands the responsibilities of owning and raising a large-breed puppy. Penny is patiently waiting!
