Meet Moon! Moon is an adorable 9 months old Jindo mix. Moon was born from his mom who was rescued from Incheon dog meat farm in South Korea. His brother and sisters quickly found homes, but Moon was left behind. In May of last year an amazing girl in South Korea stepped up and invited Moon into her home as her foster pup. She adored Moon and showed him what it means to be a part of a family. Moon made the best of his situation and was always playful and goofy, keeping his foster entertained.

There is so much to love about this big boy! He is cute and sweet and playful and funny. He has a nice medium/high activity level, but after a good walk and a bit of play time he will relax and be calm. Moon adores his toys and needs a variety to keep him interested. He will try to engage with any human or dogs to play first. Moon is housetrained and does well with grooming and touch. He would likely prefer sleeping on the bed with his people. He enjoys cuddling with his humans. This boy loves to go on long walks to sniff and explore!

A home with small kids is not ideal, as they could misread his exuberant play style and mouthiness. He loves to play and is slowly learning polite play rules with other dogs, as well as how to read signals that playtime is over or unwanted. He comes on a little strong at first! Moon would benefit from continued training around impulse control and encouraging calmness/patience. He would do great with another playful dog that could continue to show him the ropes. His forever family will be so lucky to have him! Moon is patiently waiting!
