Meet Gumi (aka Ggum-I)! Gumi is an adorable 5-6 months old Jindo mix. Her name “ggum-i” means dream in Korean. She was rescued from a high kill shelter when her time ran out. Gumi is super sweet and calm. She loves a good cuddle and rarely barks. Gumi likes to sleep around other dogs.

When she was first rescued, she was afraid of strangers, but after some positive interactions she opened up a lot. When she meets strangers now, it takes her a few minutes to open up, she’s come a long way! Gumi loves to be pet and she loves to explore the world! Because she is still a puppy, she has bursts of puppy energy!

The ideal home would be a loving surrounding with lots of cuddles! Since she gets along well with other dogs, she would do great in a home with another friendly dog! We are looking for a home who understands the responsibilities of owning and raising a puppy. Gumi is patiently waiting!
