Meet Tani! Last year a kind samaritan and her family in South Korea found a stray Jindo and decided to feed her food. One day, they noticed that she was pregnant. They took great care of her and made sure she got enough nutrients for herself and her babies. They named her Malang. In the summer, Malang delivered 7 pups at an empty construction spot. Malang took care of her pups very well. However, as pups grow, they became more active and started to run outside of their safe place. Her family continued to bring food for her until one day a construction manager blocked her family’s access, so she contacted for a rescue and foster home to rescue Malang and her pups.

Under their foster’s protection, the pups were able to grow up in a safe environment. They learned how to get along with other dogs and became more sociable. Also, they can be properly vaccinated. However, it was very difficult to find families to adopt them in Korea. Many do not prefer dogs of mixed breed or dark coats. All the puppies except for Lami and Tani were adopted to families in Canada and USA. The rescuer and her family adopted Malang, now it’s time for Tani to find his forever home!

Tani and his brother Lami grew up in a dog cafe, so they are use to meeting many new people daily. Tani is very calm and a little more timid than his brother. He is a little scared of men who talks loudly or big actions, but he never showed any signs of aggressiveness. He just cowards a little, this is likely due to being abused in the past. He plays really well with mellow dogs or dogs that he’s grown familiar to. Dog who are dominant or too rough makes Tani a little nervous. Overall he is a very sweet guy who needs a home who will be patient with him and help him build confidence in himself. With time, his personality will really blossom. Tani would benefit from a home with another dog thaf can show him the world is not a scary place.

We are looking for a home who understands the responsibilities of owning and raising a dog as a member of the family. Tani is patiently waiting!
