Helping death-row, abused, and neglected dogs find forever homes. We do not discriminate by breed, age or special needs. As long as we’re capable of helping out, we will never say no!
Meet Nabom! Nabom was rescued with his mom and siblings, Dahan, at the end of May this year. He was only 10 days old then, and went to a foster home a couple months after, so is now very much used to indoor life. Seemingly a mix of two very smart breeds, he already mastered “sit”, “wait”, “paw”, and even “kiss” commands. He responds well to positive enforcement training. Also, having been to dog parks many times with his foster mom, he gets along great with all different kinds of fellow doggies. On his walks, he gets excited when meeting new dogs that he pulls quite a bit and can’t take his eyes off them till they are out of his sight. With people, he is both curious and cautious, but with the ones he know and likes, he is super affectionate.
Nabom loves cuddling with his foster mom, and wakes her up every morning with a kiss. Sometimes he can’t get enough attention so he follows her around everywhere, but he doesn’t have any separation anxiety. He’s of course still learning to be better- mannered and control his excitement, but he is well-natured to begin with so we do not anticipate this being a problem. We are looking for a home who understands the responsibilities of owning and raising a puppy. He is patiently waiting!
If you have extra time on your hand and would like to help please consider volunteering! Rescue groups need dedicated volunteers to help with events, fundraisers, home checks, transports, etc. All of these things help enable the rescue to expand their network and help more dogs in need.
