Brief Bio:

Meet Mia! Mia is an adorable 1 year old FMD/lab mix. She was found as a stray wandering the streets before a rescuer caught her and brought her home. Mia is a sweet and affectionate girl! She is good with other dogs, cars and kids! Mia is ok in crate but might protest a bit initially before settling down. She is working on leash training and is getting better everyday! We are looking for a home who understands the responsibilities of owning and raising a dog as a member of their family. Mia in patiently waiting!

How to help?

If you have extra time on your hand and would like to help please consider volunteering! Rescue groups need dedicated volunteers to help with events, fundraisers, home checks, transports, etc. All of these things help enable the rescue to expand their network and help more dogs in need.
