Meet Adele! Adele was found by rescuers who were catching strays for the TNR program (trap, neuter, return) when she ran up to them. They found out that she was lactating and must have puppies nearby. Adele ran quickly towards the forest on the side of the hills to try to get them to follow. They found her puppies inside a small drain hole. It’s been pouring in this area for days; so they were baffled at how the puppies and Adele made it through this horrendous weather. Adele and all her pups were rescued and brought to the vet. They had bad skin infections, fungal infection and ulcers. Thankfully they made it out and have since been fully recovered!

Adele is a sweet girl who’s been an amazing mom to her pups. She’s very friendly and loves to be loved. Adele is great with other dogs and ok with cats. She is good with kids as well! Adele is currently potty pad trained and with more consistency can be housebroken quickly. She is currently working on leash training.

We are looking for a home who understands the responsibilities of owning and raising a dog as a member of their family. Adele is patiently waiting!
