Meet Samuel! Samuel was rescued along with other puppies on a busy road scavenging for food. Luckily a rescuer was able to get them all off the streets and into foster care. Samuel is a sweet puppy who would love nothing more then to find a forever home. We are looking for a home that understands the responsibilities of owning and raising a puppy. Samuel is patiently waiting!
