Meet Rigo! Rigo was spotted by a rescuer when she heard the sound of a puppy whimpering in pain. The rescuer found poor Rigo hiding behind a motorcycle with fresh and old wounds showcasing the type of cruelty he had endured. The rescuer was able to get Rigo off the streets and quickly to a vet where he was able to get a full check up. The vet believe that Rigo had hot oil or boiling water poured on him which caused the infected open wounds down his back and legs. Regardless of the cruelty Rigo went through he is still a very loving and sweet boy. We are looking for a home that understands the responsibilities of owning a dog and will continue to show Rigo what it means to be in a loving home. Rigo is patiently waiting!
