Brief Bio:

Meet Rhoda! Rhoda was rescued along with litter mates when they were found in a abandoned building along with their emaciated mom. Poor pups were all covered in ticks and fleas when found and their mom was hanging on a thread trying to keep them all alive. Thankfully rescuers were able to get them all out of there and into the vet for a full check up. Rhoda is a sweet girl who would love nothing more then to find a forever home. We are looking for a home that understands the responsibilities of owning and raising a puppy. Rhoda is patiently waiting!

"Rhoda has grown so much over the past month, both in terms of her size and confidence. When we first got her, she was scared of the sidewalk, stairs, cars, street, etc. Now, she's more confident in all ways. She's befriending more people and dogs, and showing her personality. She is sweet, loving, playful, and stubborn (we hear this is a trait of FMDs ;)). She LOVES the beach we love across from and she loves playing with her canine buddies. We love her so much!"

How to help?

If you have extra time on your hand and would like to help please consider volunteering! Rescue groups need dedicated volunteers to help with events, fundraisers, home checks, transports, etc. All of these things help enable the rescue to expand their network and help more dogs in need.
