Meet Phineas! Phineas was rescued along with his brother Ferb when they were being given away together. Thankfully a volunteer saw them and was able to get them to the vet for a full check up and into foster care. Phineas and Ferb are very sweet puppies who still needs to learn house manners but they are very smart and eager to please. These two boys love to play and get belly rubs all day if they could! We are looking for a home that understands the responsibilities of owning raising a puppy. Phineas is patiently waiting!
