No one said it would be easy, they only said it would be worth it.
Meet Mavis! Mavis was rescued along with litter mates when they were found abandoned in a rural field with no food, shelter or water. Luckily a rescuer was able to spot them before anything happened and get them off the streets. Mavis along with litter mates were able to get a clean bill of health and is not ready to find a forever home. We are looking for a home that understands the responsibilities of owning and raising a puppy. Mavis is patiently waiting!
"Kipper (formerly Marvis) is having so much fun in her new home! She loves to spend time at dog parks and is very confident and outgoing, but also friendly, while meeting other dogs and people. She enjoys playing with her toys, lots of naps, and learning new tricks. She came to us from Taiwan and has adapted to her new environment, to the sounds and motion of the city, and to her new way of life with us. We are very glad that we went through this adoption process! Thanks, Lindsey"
If you have extra time on your hand and would like to help please consider volunteering! Rescue groups need dedicated volunteers to help with events, fundraisers, home checks, transports, etc. All of these things help enable the rescue to expand their network and help more dogs in need.
