Meet Luci! Luci was rescued from a puppy mill in Taiwan that was neglecting and abusing her. Poor girl was terrified when she first came into rescue. Luci would drop to the ground if you made movements and would even pee herself when she sees the broom. Luci came to us weighing only 11lbs, now Luci is a healthy 20lbs. After a few month of rehab, Luci is now more confident and getting use to life in a home. This adorable girl is such a sweetie and is tolerant and good with dogs of all sizes. Luci may still be a little shy at times but she loves attention and getting her belly rubbed. We are looking for a home that would have the time to spend with her and give her lots of TLC. Luci is patiently waiting for a loving forever home!
