No one said it would be easy, they only said it would be worth it.
Meet Georgie! Georgie is a beautiful 3 year old female French Bulldog who is looking for her forever home! Georgie was rescued from a puppy mill in bad condition suffering from severe skin, eye and ear infection, poor Georgie was also very emaciated. Thankfully Georgie was able to make it out and info a loving foster home in Oakland who helped nurse her back to health. Georgie is now a healthy girl however due to the prolong neglect Georgie’s fur may never fully grow back. We are looking for a home that will be able to overlook that and give Georgie all the love and attention she deserves! Georgie is your average bulldog who loves attention and being around her people. She is currently being fostered with two other dogs but prefers to be the only dog. Please share and help us find Georgie a home to call her own!
Georgie our French Bulldog has been with us just a short time but has truly completed our family. She stole our hearts the moment we saw her. She is super silly and constantly has us laughing. She has been quickly adding news commands to her repertoire such as stay and come. The transition has been so smooth that she hasn't had any problems sticking with her regular activities and schedule. She is just and joy and fills our hearts with so much love. She puts a smile on our face everyday. We are so happy to have her in our family.
Her foster family took such good care of her and helped make the transition to our home so easy. We were told so much about her background, her likes, dislikes, disposition etc. This really let us know what we were getting into and if Georgie was the right fit for us. Suzie - thank you for taking such good care of Georgie and giving her so much love. I can see all of the hard work you put in everyday.
Melodie does amazing work!! This process is very thorough but fairly easy. I truly appreciate all that you do. You have wonderful foster families helping you too. Thank you! -Carrie Bravo
If you have extra time on your hand and would like to help please consider volunteering! Rescue groups need dedicated volunteers to help with events, fundraisers, home checks, transports, etc. All of these things help enable the rescue to expand their network and help more dogs in need.
