Meet Elia! Elia was rescued along with other puppies when they were found abandoned and scavenging for food in a dump site. Thankfully rescuers were able to make space and get them off the streets and into foster care. Elia is a sweet pup who would love nothing more then to find a home. We are looking for a home that understands the responsibilities of owning and raising a puppy. Elia is patiently waiting for a forever home!
